The benefits option
You can choose to cover your assistant's benefits
At the standard rate your assistant is a contractor and funds their own contributions, which is normal here. Add 20 percent and we employ them instead.

What the extra buys, exactly
For a General VA it is about ₱13,100 a month: ₱3,530 SSS, ₱1,827 PhilHealth, ₱200 Pag-IBIG, ₱6,090 set aside for 13th month pay, and a ₱1,500 health card. We publish the arithmetic on our how we pay page.
What it is not
Statutory cover plus a health card. Not an allowance, an eyeglasses budget, a counselling package or a bonus scheme. Bigger agencies offer those. We would rather name what we do than imply more.
Start standard and switch up any time. Switching back takes a month, because ending employment properly should not be rushed.
The floor
Why we will not go below $1,800
It costs $362 a month to run one placement before the assistant is paid: software, training, recruiting, their share of a manager.
That barely moves whether a role sells for $1,800 or $2,850. Drop the price and the money comes from somewhere else.
Below $1,800 it stops coming out of our profit and starts coming out of the assistant’s pay. So $1,800 is where we stop.

Included
What the price covers
Every role, every price. No upgrade tier where these suddenly cost extra.
One dedicated person
Forty hours a week, your hours, you alone. Not a shared pool. Not a support queue with a first name on it.
Leave that does not bill you
Your assistant takes reasonable paid leave, agreed with you well ahead. Your rate does not change for those weeks and we do not invoice for cover.
A partnership manager
One person who knows you both, runs the handover, and takes the call when something is wrong. Twelve clients each, maximum.
Experienced people only
We do not place beginners. Every assistant has done this work for clients like you. Nobody learns the basics on your time.
Training before day one
Your assistant learns your tools and your business before day one. We pay for that time. You do not.
A thirty day fit guarantee
Not right inside 30 days? We replace them at no cost, and the new assistant starts with everything the last one learned about your business.

Some agencies add a one-off hiring fee worth up to a third of the first year salary on top of the monthly rate. We do not. Worth asking when you compare quotes.
