We would rather publish nothing than publish boilerplate copied from another company. A Philippine lawyer is drafting ours now, and you can read the draft today.
What the agreement will cover
Scope and hours
What your assistant does, which hours they cover, and how a change of scope is agreed and priced.
Payment terms
Monthly in advance. No setup fee, and no minimum term on the monthly rate. Thirty days notice to end it.
Who owns the work
You do, entirely. Everything your assistant makes for you is yours from the moment it exists.
Confidentiality
Binding on us and on your assistant, and it stays in force after the engagement ends.
The fit guarantee
Thirty days to tell us it is not working, and a rematch at no cost to you.
Ending it
How either side ends the arrangement, what notice is needed, and what happens to access and data afterwards.
