The short version
What we collect
Your name, email, company, and what you told us about the work. From assistants, an application and a writing sample. Nothing else.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to match you with an assistant, and to run the engagement. That is the whole of it.
We do not sell it
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We have no advertising business and no plans for one.
Your client data
We do not hold it. Your assistant works inside your systems under your accounts, so your data stays where it already is.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for two years. Applications for one year, unless you ask us to keep yours on file for longer.
Getting it deleted
Email us and we will delete everything we hold about you within 30 days, then confirm in writing that it is gone.
For a deletion request, or any question at all about your data, email privacy@avassistph.com. A founder reads it.
